Project Specification:
(a). The complete specification of the Project includes the Material, reinforcement steel grades, Lap Lengths, Development Length, Rebar Curtailments, Bar Dia, Bend deductions etc can be given as input in Project Module. (b). Rebar planning schedule accordingly assign the works to contractor, monitor the work progress and many other features
BBS preparation:
Bar Bending Schedule can be prepared with multiple input formats. Direct import of design output in excel form with specified format, input through special Beam/Column/Slab / Foundation / Shear wall and many other readymade template to make the easy preparation of BBS. Apart from the above readymade tools for tapper range, varying range, spiral and others can be also utilized.
Optimization:
Once BBS prepared Optimization process can be initialized with existing the BBS and / or with adding other BBS schedules together to attain best the bar combination to result minimum scrap output. It has special feature that it would automatically consider if user want to utilize existing offcut bars, where ever it is found suitable from the data base. It will report with break up of full length used, utilization of offcut bars, and resulted offcut and scrap bars.
Procurement:
After completion of Optimization Procedure, RebarMan produce Procurement list for Single and/or Multiple BBS with Diameter wise breakup.
Cutting & Bending:
Complete cutting and bending schedules in various formats can be produced to the user as & when it required.
Ready Mix Concrete
The Ready Mix Concrete, the quantities after deducting the Reinforcement Volume can be recorded as per pour wise. The cube test and slum test details also recorded as per price.
Transport
Transport details of material from the store to site, or from one site to other site and/or from fabrication unit to site can be tracked and recorded the information.
Utilization of offcut bars
The offcut bars data being stored as & when it resulted from the rebar cutting and bending process automatically. The same can be reused during optimization procedure. The detailed report of the utilization of Offcut bars produced at any stage of completion.
Contractor work monitor:
The complete monitoring of the work status and progress of the contract during the project running. At any stage, the report can be produced with all the break up data about the work progress and completion status of the contractor.
Control of Scrap
Based on the permissible scrap set by project management being under monitor and result the percentage of scrap during the report preparations.
Store stock Entry, Issue, and Position:
The detailed receipt of the steel from various suppliers, and issuing the material to contractor as per the actual requirement of the work based on the BBS, stock position, and complete analysis of the material management can be given as report.
Reconciliation and many other reports:
The complete Reconciliation Report based on the calendar date From and To, can be produced for a specific time period. The report can be viewed from any location, apart from the Reconciliation, work progress, material stock, procurements, contractor work and many other reports can be generated at any point of time for any specific period. All these reported can be exported to Excel, Html, PDF, and word formats.
Couplers
The automatic number of couplers required based on the BBS can be reported. The issuing of couplers, from store, or from one site to other site, can be recorded and reported as & when based on the date.
Tag Printing:
For giving input to the automatic bar bending machines, a tag report being produced by the RebarMan, to scan the same through bar code reader and input it automatically to the machine.
CNC machine Input:
To avoid manual interaction with CNC automatic bar bending machines, an electronic output being generated by RebarMan which can be easily given as input to the interface software of CNC machine for rebar cutting and bending, and many more…..!
RebarMan Corporate works with Multiple Project Site locations, with multiple users at each site as, Store Person, BBS engineer, Planning Department, Ready Mix Concrete, Contractor, Management.
All the data can be centralized and access from any location for information reports and monitoring the work progress
